Senior SEO Lead — International Growth Platform

DeepSense is hiring a senior, hands-on SEO Lead to build and scale organic growth for an international content platform.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who has already led SEO in competitive markets and can take responsibility from diagnosis to commercial impact. You will not be joining to deliver audits or coordinate agencies. You will set direction, make decisions, drive implementation, and be accountable for results.

What you will own:

• Build the international SEO strategy and a prioritised 30/60/90-day roadmap.
• Design scalable site architecture, semantic clusters, internal linking and content systems.
• Lead technical SEO across crawl efficiency, indexation, rendering, Core Web Vitals, canonicals, hreflang, sitemaps, redirects and migrations.
• Identify and execute the highest-impact opportunities across technical SEO, content, authority growth and programmatic SEO.
• Work directly with developers, content, outreach and external specialists; turn strategy into clear, executable tasks.
• Build reporting that connects search demand, visibility and traffic to meaningful business outcomes.
• Forecast priorities, risks, costs and expected impact; communicate plan vs. actual and corrective actions.
• Create a repeatable SEO operating system that can scale across markets.

We are looking for someone who has:

• 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Led SEO for international, multi-market websites in competitive search environments.
• Personally launched or scaled projects from an early stage, not only maintained mature sites.
• Strong technical depth on large or complex websites.
• Proven experience with site architecture, content strategy, link acquisition and SEO analytics.
• Experience leading developers, content specialists and link-building teams.
• A commercial mindset: you can explain SEO priorities through impact, cost and risk.
• Clear, structured English communication and the confidence to work autonomously with founders.

This role is not suitable for junior SEO specialists, SEO coordinators, or candidates whose experience is limited to audits and recommendations without ownership of implementation and results.
