About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer who uses AI tools as a core part of the development process to build high-quality, production-ready software quickly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience in AI-assisted development, RAG, GraphRAG, graph databases, and LLM integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable web applications, APIs, and AI-powered solutions.
Use tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude in daily development.
Build and optimize RAG, GraphRAG, knowledge graph, and semantic search solutions.
Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems and data sources.
Review, test, and improve AI-generated code.
Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support AI-assisted engineering best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in C#, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or Go.
Experience building and deploying production web applications and APIs.
Hands-on experience with graph databases such as Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, GraphDB, or Memgraph.
Strong experience with RAG solutions and LLM integrations.
Solid knowledge of REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms.
Strong problem-solving, system design, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

GraphRAG and knowledge graphs
Vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or pgvector
LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel
Next.js, React, FastAPI, ASP.NET Core, or Node.js
PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, and Terraform
Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure AI Foundry
