Position Overview

Are you passionate about opening doors to new opportunities?

Ripple Effect is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to lead this activity across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies. This role involves developing pricing proposals, analyzing information to support bid pricing, and continuously monitoring and updating our pricing processes for optimal performance to achieve our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, business development, project and finance teams, applying strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to drive effective pricing strategy and processes while building strong internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Independently lead the development of compliant, competitive, and financially sound cost and price proposals for federal government, non-profit and commercial opportunities from solicitation review through final submission.

  • Analyze solicitation requirements, contract structures, pricing instructions, assumptions, and proposal risks to develop effective pricing strategies and recommendations.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance complex pricing models, cost estimates, and financial analyses to support labor estimates, indirect cost recovery, profitability assessments, pricing scenarios, and business decision-making.

  • Prepare cost volumes, Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation, pricing narratives, assumptions, schedules, and supporting proposal documentation aligned with technical and management solutions.

  • Evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals, perform cost and price analyses, and ensure supporting documentation meets solicitation, compliance, and organizational requirements.

  • Perform detailed reviews of pricing models, cost estimates, and proposal submissions by validating formulas, conducting cross-footing and reasonableness testing, and performing vertical and horizontal analyses to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

  • Play a key role in our evolution to revise our pricing processes and enable our data to leverage AI assisted tools to best position the company to win its bids.

  • Drive continuous improvement through the development of pricing tools, templates, standardized methodologies, and responsible use of analytical and AI-enabled technologies to improve efficiency and proposal quality.

  • From time to time, analyze contract plans and financial performance vs. the bid, identify risks and trends, and provide financial insight to support successful contract execution and business outcomes.

  • Other related duties as assigned
