About the role

We are looking for a Junior Content Writer to support our content and SEO team. The role involves writing clear, well-researched, and structured content for blogs, landing pages, service pages, social media, and other marketing materials.

This is a good fit for someone who writes well, can research properly, follows briefs carefully, and wants to grow in SEO, content marketing, and brand communication.

Responsibilities

• Write blogs, articles, landing page copy, website content, and social media captions
• Research topics properly before writing
• Follow SEO briefs, content outlines, keyword requirements, and internal linking instructions
• Edit and improve existing content for clarity, structure, and readability
• Ensure content is simple, accurate, and easy to understand
• Coordinate with the SEO, design, and marketing teams for content requirements
• Proofread content for grammar, formatting, tone, and factual accuracy
• Help maintain content sheets, trackers, and publishing calendars
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts, captions, and snippets

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of content writing experience
• Strong written English
• Ability to research and simplify complex topics
• Basic understanding of SEO is preferred
• Good grammar, proofreading, and editing skills
• Ability to follow briefs and meet deadlines
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and basic content tools
• Interest in writing for business, immigration, legal, startup, or professional services topics is a plus

Good to have

• Experience writing SEO blogs or website pages
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Grammarly, SurferSEO, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Google Search Console
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and short-form content
• Ability to write in a clean, professional, non-AI sounding tone
