Integrations Engineer

What you'll do
- Build and maintain integrations with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), dialers, and video conferencing tools
- Design scalable API architectures and webhook systems for real-time data sync
- Develop SDKs and developer documentation for partner integrations
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure 99.9%+ reliability
- Work directly with customers to scope custom integration requirements
- Stay current on partner platform changes and proactively update our connectors

What we're looking for
- 3+ years building and shipping API integrations in production
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python
- Deep experience with REST APIs, OAuth flows, and webhook architectures
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and their APIs
- Excellent debugging skills and obsession with reliability
- Bonus: Experience in sales tech ecosystem or iPaaS platforms (Zapier, Tray.io, etc.)
