Senior Java Software Engineer
MUST HAVE US CITIZENSHIP STATUS AND LOCAL TO MINNEAPOLIS, MN METRO
Full-Time Employee (ILM)
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $110,000 – $120,000k
- Full ILM benefits package
Required Experience:
- 10–15 years of hands-on software development experience with Java
- 4–5 years of experience with React
- 5–8 years of experience with Python
- 1–1.5 years of experience using AI technologies within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including AI-assisted development tools, AI-enabled coding workflows, or building AI-related capabilities
- Must have strong communication skills
In addition to the technical requirements, we are looking for candidates who are strong software engineers with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to emerging AI-driven development practices.
