Salary: $55,000-$70,000

Full-Time, Hybrid (4 days in office)

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to help shape how our brand shows up across all channels. This role would be great for someone looking to fuse their professional skills with their passion for the outdoors. At Rugged Road, we move quickly. The right candidate for this role thrives in a fast-paced environment, is capable of identifying needs before being asked, thinks outside the box, and understands the power of storytelling through design.

What You’ll Do:

• Concept and design marketing materials across all channels: social media, email, website, ads, packaging, trade show displays, etc.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
• Create seasonal design toolkits for product launches, retail partners, and digital campaigns.
• Organize and manage creative assets to keep everything streamlined and accessible.
• Work with the team to develop creative briefs, inspiration boards, and concept decks for upcoming projects, launches, and promotions.
• Identify areas of improvement throughout the business and work your magic.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of graphic design experience (CPG experience is a huge plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom), Canva, and/or Figma.
• Experience designing for both digital and print (ads, website, packaging, catalogs, etc.).
• A true understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Understands the importance of even the smallest details.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-moving environment.
• A passion for the outdoors.
• Experience with video editing is a plus.
• Experience with copywriting is a plus.
