The Role:

We're hiring a Junior Executive Associate to work directly with the Founder and senior leadership team. This is a hands-on role at the centre of the business, supporting operations, projects, systems and execution across multiple teams.

You'll gain exposure to how a growing international company operates, taking ownership of meaningful work from day one rather than simply observing from the sidelines.

This is an on-site role based in Dehradun. We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career through responsibility, curiosity and consistent execution.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be trusted with real responsibility early on, working closely with the Founder and Senior team. Key areas include:

• Work directly with the Founder on day-to-day business priorities and strategic projects.
• Coordinate internal projects from planning through to completion.
• Maintain and improve operational systems, documentation and internal processes.
• Organise business information, reports and data to support decision making.
• Help identify repetitive work that can be simplified or automated.
• Conduct research and prepare summaries on new markets, tools and opportunities.
• Work across teams to keep projects moving and remove operational bottlenecks.
• Take ownership of new initiatives as the company grows.

This role would suit someone who:

• Is a recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's degree) We have a soft spot for Engineering and IT graduates.
• Has excellent English comprehension, written, listening and spoken
• Enjoys working on real problems rather than purely theoretical work
• Is naturally organised with strong attention to detail.
• Is curious, proactive and comfortable learning independently.
• Is interested in technology, business operations and AI tools.
• Is comfortable working across different types of projects rather than repeating the same task every day.
• A background in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other analytical disciplines are advantageous.
• Some coding exposure or technical curiosity is a bonus, not a requirement.

Compensation:

Monthly salary: £300 – £500 GBP. GBP anchored. (approximately ₹38,000 – ₹63,000 INR, depending on exchange rate), plus a monthly company performance bonus.
Strong graduates who perform well over their first 12 months are typically considered for a very solid increase. Lunch is provided.
