Role Summary

Define architecture, standards, and deliver solutions end to end. You will lead builds across Node.js services, AI and agent workflows, and integrations with enterprise systems, owning quality and reliability. Your work will directly impact how agents reason, take actions, and deliver outcomes at scale.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong experience building distributed systems or backend platforms in production environments. Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CDK and strong observability with metrics, tracing, logs, and SLOs.
• Proficiency with Postgres and experience with vector databases such as pgvector, Pinecone, or Milvus for retrieval and semantic search.
• Experience orchestrating agentic workflows and retrieval augmented generation.
• Hands on use of AI tools with clear ideas for applying AI to development, testing, data, and support.
• Ownership mentality, crisp communication, comfortable deciding with 80 percent information.
• Move fast without breaking things, not afraid to learn new stacks, bring a we will figure it out attitude.
