Operations Manager

Relocify is a fast-growing tech startup in the Netherlands, revolutionizing how expats and international employees find long-term housing through our convenient app. We collaborate with both small and large Dutch companies, offering virtual property tours and online contract signing. As we expand into new markets, we’re looking for a dynamic and ambitious Operations Manager to drive our growth and streamline operations.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate our relocation services, finding creative ways to improve and grow our business
• Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and delivering a top-notch experience for our clients and partners
• Support financial processes, assisting with budgets, forecasts, and profitability tracking
• Collaborate with teams, helping recruit, onboard, and develop talent processes
• Contribute to strategy, working closely with the founder to turn ideas into results

About You

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role—ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with financial basics like budgets and forecasts (training provided if needed)
• Ambitious, energetic, and eager to learn, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills (English: Speaking/Writing C1+)
• Passionate about working in a fast-growing startup and making a direct impact
