Senior Software Enginner

We’re Hiring: Senior Developer (.NET / React) – Remote (India)

Esya Studio is looking for an experienced Senior Developer to join our international development team. Reporting to the Lead Developer, you’ll work alongside a talented team of full-stack developers to build, enhance, and maintain innovative products used by clients across the globe.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative international environment while leveraging modern technologies such as .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, JavaScript, Azure, and more.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Develop new features and enhance existing products.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain and improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of our applications.
•⁠ ⁠Provide technical support to the Customer Success team when required.
•⁠ ⁠Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and processes.
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
•⁠ ⁠Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.

Required Skills & Experience

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in a .NET development environment.
•⁠ ⁠Strong expertise in:

* .NET Core
* ASP.NET Core MVC
* LINQ
* Entity Framework
* Windows Console/Service Applications

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with React.
•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of SQL and database design.
•⁠ ⁠Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
•⁠ ⁠Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful Web APIs.
•⁠ ⁠Solid understanding of SOLID principles, clean code practices, and design patterns.
•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Desirable Skills

•⁠ ⁠Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones.
•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of additional front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, or Blazor.
•⁠ ⁠Experience with Tailwind CSS.
•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
•⁠ ⁠Experience within the Recruitment, Finance, Payroll, or Accounting sectors.
