Part-Time Product Designer — AI Legal Tech

We’re building an AI-powered legal governance platform for enterprise legal teams.

Our product helps companies manage corporate entities, resolutions, governance documents, compliance, and legal workflows more efficiently.

We’re an early-stage team looking for a talented product designer to help shape the product from the ground up.

The Role

We’re looking for a part-time Product Designer to create clear, modern, and intuitive product experiences.

You’ll work closely with the founders and engineering team to turn complex legal workflows into simple and user-friendly interfaces.

The role includes designing user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, polished interfaces, and reusable components.

You should also be comfortable using AI-assisted design tools such as Claude, Figma AI or similar tools to explore ideas and create prototypes quickly.

What You’ll Work On

• SaaS dashboards and product interfaces
• Entity management and compliance workflows
• AI-powered document creation
• Forms, tables, filters, and administrative screens
• User journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Design systems and reusable components
• Rapid product concepts using AI design tools

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in product design or UX/UI design
• A strong portfolio showing web application or SaaS design work
• Strong Figma skills
• Ability to simplify complex workflows
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces
• Comfortable using Claude or other AI design tools
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
• Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise SaaS or AI products
• Experience in legal tech, fintech, compliance, or regulated industries
• Experience building or maintaining design systems
• Basic understanding of frontend development

Working Arrangement

• Fully remote
• Flexible working hours
• Up to 40 hours per month
• €25–€35 per hour
