Your Role & Responsibilities

Observability & Platform Engineering
Contribute to KubeSense’s observability stack (APM, Logging, Infra Monitoring, AgentSRE).
Design, implement, and optimize eBPF-powered telemetry collection pipelines.
Work on high-scale telemetry ingestion & storage (ClickHouse, Rust, Golang, etc.).
Enhance AI RCA and anomaly detection by fine-tuning observability workflows with AgentSRE capabilities.

Multi-Cloud Infrastructure & Scaling
Manage and scale KubeSense’s multi-cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Optimize Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE) clusters and ensure high availability & performance.
Improve infrastructure automation and cost efficiency using Terraform, Helm, Ansible, etc.
Implement cloud cost optimization strategies in alignment with AgentSRE cost-saving models.

Customer Deployments & Support
Own BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud) deployments for customers, ensuring smooth onboarding.
Act as a primary DevOps contact for high-value enterprise customers.
Provide observability best practices and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.

CI/CD & Automation
Build and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for KubeSense deployments and updates.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using GitOps workflows.
Ensure zero-downtime deployments and optimize system reliability.

What You Bring
🔹 Strong expertise in Observability & DevOps – Deep understanding of APM, Logging, Tracing, and Infra Monitoring with experience in tools like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and ClickHouse.
🔹 Kubernetes & Cloud-Native Proficiency – Hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, GCP and managing production workloads on EKS, AKS, GKE.
🔹 Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) & Automation – Experience with Terraform, Helm, Ansible, and GitOps methodologies.
🔹 Scripting & Automation Skills – Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for infrastructure automation and telemetry processing.
🔹 Security & Cost Optimization – Ability to implement cloud cost-saving strategies and security best practices.
🔹 Customer-Facing Experience – Strong ability to interface with enterprise customers, understand their observability challenges, and provide technical solutions.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, but Not Mandatory)
➕ Experience with eBPF-powered telemetry collection

➕ Familiarity with LLM-based DevOps automation

➕ Exposure to high-scale, multi-cloud observability architectures
