NPrep is a fast-growing EdTech company focused on transforming medical education through technology and innovation. As we scale, we are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and execution-focused professional to work directly with the Founder on strategic initiatives and business operations.

This role is ideal for candidates who have worked in high-growth startups, venture capital-backed companies, consulting, or finance functions and enjoy solving business challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder on strategic business initiatives and execution.
• Drive cross-functional projects across Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, and HR.
• Coordinate with CS, CA, Legal teams, negotiate and vendors management
• Prepare business reports, dashboards, MIS, and presentations for leadership and investors.
• Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable insights. Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, including GST and other financial compliances.
• Assist in process improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
• Manage confidential business information with professionalism and integrity.
• Support fundraising, investor relations, and strategic partnerships when required.

Required Skills

• Strong financial analysis and business acumen.
• Good understanding of GST, statutory compliance, and basic taxation.
• Experience in budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial modelling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and financial software is an added advantage.
• Strong ownership mindset with high attention to detail.

Preferred Background

• 2–4 years of experience in a Founder's Office (Strategy, Finance, Business Operations, Consulting, or Investment role)
• Prior experience working in a VC-backed startup, venture capital firm, consulting firm, or high-growth organisation.
• Experience in the EdTech sector is highly preferred.
• MBA (Finance/Strategy),CS, CA Inter, CFA (Level I/II), or equivalent finance qualification is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
