About the job

About Pixmob

PixMob creates magical experiences for live events around the world 🌎. You might have seen 60,000 fans light up at the Super Bowl or at a Coldplay concert. Our mission? To spark joy and unforgettable memories for every fan.

We work with international artists, event organizers, sports teams, and brands to make every event extra special. At PixMob, innovation and design are in our DNA. From rapid prototyping to mass manufacturing, we craft cutting-edge wireless tech right at our Montreal HQ. And we care about the planet 🌱—we fight single-use plastics and use recycled or compostable materials wherever we can.

We’re looking for a Product Manager

Reporting to our Product Management Director, you’ll own our small electronic devices from concept to launch (and beyond!). You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, marketers, and sales folks to make sure our products wow our customers.

*Main Responsibilities 🎯**Product Strategy & Roadmap*

  • Develop and execute a clear product strategy for our small electronic devices, aligned with PixMob’s mission and goals.
  • Define and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features, enhancements, and innovations based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for differentiation.
  • Advocate for the customer and the user experience in every product decision.

Product Development & Execution

  • Work closely with engineering and design to define requirements, specifications, and prototypes.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and iterative updates.
  • Ensure products meet timelines, quality standards, budget, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, remove blockers, and make data-informed decisions.

Market Analysis & Customer Insights

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target segments, customer needs, and market gaps.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers through interviews, surveys, and user testing.
  • Turn insights into actionable product enhancements, feature prioritization, and positioning strategies.

Go-to-Market & Launch Support

  • Partner with marketing and sales to develop product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
  • Help create collateral: product documentation, sales decks, and website content.
  • Support sales teams with training, competitive intelligence, and technical expertise during customer meetings.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Track product performance metrics (sales, revenue, customer satisfaction, market share).
  • Conduct post-launch analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive iterative improvements and new feature releases to continuously enhance product value.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration

  • Act as the product advocate across the organization, keeping teams aligned and informed.
  • Facilitate effective communication between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and external partners.
  • Lead projects with autonomy, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.

*What we’re looking for*

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field. Extra certifications are a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in product management (consumer electronics is ideal).
  • Strong technical knowledge of small electronic devices & their manufacturing process.
  • Excellent project management & problem-solving skills combined with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage market data, customer insights, and business metrics to drive product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Passion for tech & curiosity for the latest trends and innovations.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset (English required).

*Languages & Inclusivity 🌍*You’ll need to be fluent in English (written & spoken), as day-to-day work involves international clients — US, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and more.

Inclusivity is at the heart of our culture 💜. We welcome and value candidates of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. Our job posting uses simplified grammar to make it easier to read across languages and is not intended to exclude or favor any gender.

Join us to help build a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected and empowered ✨.

Thanks for your interest in PixMob and this role! Only selected candidates will be contacted.
