About the job

Install and commission automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, and control panels at customer sites.
Provide remote and on-site support to clients for breakdowns, performance issues, and upgrades.
Conduct routine maintenance and health checks of installed systems.
Maintain detailed service reports, installation records, and issue logs.
- Document feedback and recurring issues for continuous improvement.
Work closely with the Projects, R&D, and Software teams for technical support and issue resolution.
Coordinate with the Stores and Purchase departments for spare parts and tools.
