About the Role

Soven Developer is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to support our recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on HR experience in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and the hiring team.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with employer branding and recruitment-related activities.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online recruitment platforms is a plus.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
