HR and Admin Executive

Payroll & Attendance
● Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including deductions, incentives, and overtime
● Maintain attendance, leave records, and shift rosters
● Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and reconciliation
Statutory Compliance
● Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable labour law requirements
● Maintain statutory registers and records as per Factories Act/Shops & Establishment Act
● Liaise with government departments/auditors for inspections and filings
● Stay updated on changes in labour laws and ensure company policies remain compliant
Recruitment & Onboarding
● Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor, staff, and management positions
● Conduct onboarding/induction for new joiners, including documentation and orientation
● Maintain employee personal files and HR databases
Office & Facility Administration
● Oversee day-to-day office administration (housekeeping, security, utilities, stationery, etc.)
● Manage AMC contracts for equipment, canteen, and facility services
● Ensure upkeep of office/factory premises and safety compliance
Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling
● Address employee queries and grievances; escalate as needed
● Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events
● Support performance appraisal and disciplinary processes
Vendor & Travel Management
● Manage vendor relationships for admin services (housekeeping, transport, courier, etc.)
● Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for employees/management
