About the job
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with strong experience in villa and high-rise building projects.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum 10–15 years of total experience, with at least 10 years in the UAE
- Proven experience in villa and high-rise residential / commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of UAE electrical codes, DEWA regulations, and project standards
- Hands-on experience in:
- LV & MV systems
- Power distribution, lighting, and earthing systems
- Fire alarm, ELV & low current systems
- Testing, commissioning, and authority approvals
- Ability to handle site execution, coordination, and project documentation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical works on site as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes
