Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Pod Lead to lead a team supporting enterprise cloud platforms, database operations, and production environments. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with excellent project planning, communication, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of cloud, operations, and database engineers.
- Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects while coordinating with stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership for cloud infrastructure, production operations, and database environments.
- Drive operational excellence, incident management, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Support Agile delivery and ensure timely execution of work.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Operations, or Platform Engineering.
- Strong leadership and project planning experience.
- Expertise in AWS and GCP.
- Strong knowledge of Database Administration (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MSSQL).
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- DevOps/SRE experience.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Cloud or Kubernetes certifications.
