At Magistral Consulting, we’re expanding our team! We are looking for a Financial Modeling Expert to work on high-impact transactions with top global investment banks, private equity, and venture capital firms.

Location: Noida (NCR)
Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities
Financial Modeling: Build and maintain integrated financial models.Valuations: Perform DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions, and LBO models.Transaction Support: Assist in M&A, fundraising, and strategic advisory engagements.Investor Materials: Prepare investor pitch decks, financial analyses, and deal documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of core experience in financial modeling & transaction support.Strong Excel and financial analysis capabilities.Solid grasp of corporate finance and accounting fundamentals.Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
