We are a growing organization supporting critical national security missions through expertise in language and culture, training and education, information technology, cybersecurity, and intelligence operations.

We are seeking a Mid-Level Identity Intelligence (I2) Analyst to support a high-visibility mission in Quantico, Virginia. This position provides direct support to Department of Defense identity intelligence operations through multi-intelligence (MULTI-INT) analysis, biometric and forensic exploitation, watchlisting, and all-source intelligence production in a 24/7 operational environment.

Essential Job Functions:

The Mid-Level Identity Intelligence Analyst will:

Conduct MULTI-INT triage, research, exploitation, analysis, production, prioritization, and dissemination in accordance with Government policies, priorities, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Provide expert Identity Intelligence (I2) support across all mission areas, including:

  • Biometrics
  • Forensics
  • Facial and Image Analysis
  • Cellular Exploitation (CELLEX)
  • Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX)
  • Identity Intelligence training

Produce a variety of intelligence products, including:

  • Intelligence reports
  • Biometric and biographic analysis
  • SIGINT and CELLEX reports
  • DOMEX-derived products
  • All-Source Intelligence reports
  • Analytic briefings
  • Responses to Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Training materials
  • Other analytical deliverables

Analyze identity-related data, multi-source intelligence, cellular data, biometrics, and SIGINT using advanced analytic tools to produce timely all-source intelligence.

Conduct research and exploitation using DONISIS, BI2R, and other Government databases and intelligence systems.

Ensure intelligence products are accurate, properly classified, logically organized, and professionally formatted.

Apply technical expertise in Identity Intelligence, including:

  • Electronic Fingerprint Transaction (EFT) files
  • Originating Identifiers (ORI)
  • Transaction Control Numbers (TCN)
  • Biometric Identifiers (BID)
  • Other biometric and identity management data

Support 24/7 DoD Biometric Enabled Watchlist (BEWL) and National Watchlisting operations, including:

  • Encounter management
  • Nominations
  • Change and removal requests
  • RFIs
  • Related watchlisting activities

Operationalize biometric-enabled intelligence (BEI), forensic-enabled intelligence (FEI), and Identity Intelligence (I2) in support of Homeland Security Presidential Directives (HSPD) 6, 11, and 24.

Provide identity intelligence reach-back support to deployed forces.

Deliver tactical, operational, and strategic I2 support to U.S. Marine Corps units and approved partner organizations worldwide.

Support both CONUS and OCONUS operations in a 24/7/365 mission environment.

Manage Department of Navy Identification and Screening Information System (DONISIS) submissions and associated case management.

Monitor and manage shared Government inboxes, coordinating with organizations including:

  • Data Forensics and Biometrics Agency (DFBA)
  • National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC)
  • Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS)
  • FBI Special Investigative Unit (SIU)

Apply forensic methodologies to identify, extract, analyze, and disseminate identity intelligence from documents and digital media.

Extract and analyze facial imagery for identity resolution.

Conduct facial identification activities including:

  • 1:N biometric searches
  • 1:1 facial comparisons
  • Image enhancement and optimization
  • Image and video authentication
  • Metadata exploitation
  • Geolocation analysis

Conduct both classified and open-source research to acquire high-quality imagery and supporting intelligence.

Utilize facial recognition software and Government databases.

Collaborate with other Facial Identification organizations to share expertise and intelligence.

Produce Facial Comparison Analysis Reports (FCARs) and Media Exploitation (MEDEX) Rollups.

Maintain document review logs and establish prioritization processes for high-value media exploitation.

Perform shift work as assigned by I2 Branch leadership in support of continuous operations.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance.

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university (desired).

Minimum of 8 years of intelligence analysis experience supporting the applicable labor category, with a portion of that experience occurring within the past two years.

Demonstrated knowledge of Identity Intelligence (I2), biometrics, forensic exploitation, and multi-source intelligence analysis.

Strong understanding of intelligence reporting standards, analytic methodologies, and intelligence community processes.

Experience producing high-quality written intelligence products for defense or national security missions.

Ability to independently analyze complex, incomplete, or technically advanced information and develop actionable intelligence assessments.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to present analytical findings clearly to diverse audiences.

Experience collaborating across Intelligence Community (IC) organizations to support information sharing, collection management, and analytic problem-solving.

Ability to lead analytical efforts involving complex intelligence problems while mentoring junior analysts and applying structured analytic techniques.

Desired Skills:

Experience supporting U.S. Marine Corps, Department of Defense, or Intelligence Community Identity Intelligence operations.

Experience with DONISIS, BI2R, BEWL, NGIC, DFBA, NCIS, FBI systems, or other Government biometric and watchlisting platforms.

Experience supporting DOMEX, CELLEX, MEDEX, SIGINT, biometric exploitation, or forensic-enabled intelligence missions.

Experience using facial recognition technologies, biometric databases, and image exploitation tools.
