Entity Service Manager

We are looking for an Entity Service Manager to oversee the corporate governance, formation, and compliance lifecycle for a portfolio of Limited Liability Companies. You will ensure legal filings, registered agent services, and business licenses are properly maintained, while acting as the primary liaison between internal departments, external clients, and regulatory authorities.

Core Responsibilities
Entity Governance & Compliance: Manage the lifecycle of LLCs, including drafting formation documents, managing state annual reports, and tracking changing business regulations across various jurisdictions.
Registered Agent Operations: Process service of process (SOP), legal notices, and official government correspondence, routing them to the appropriate clients or stakeholders in a timely manner.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, advising them on entity structuring, compliance requirements, and resolving service inquiries.
Document Management: Maintain accurate corporate records, operating agreements, meeting minutes, and resolutions in both physical and digital databases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with legal, tax, and accounting teams to ensure that all entity changes reflect accurate ownership, taxation status, and financial reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, Corporate Governance, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in corporate paralegal work, registered agent services, or legal entity management.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of LLC operational structures, state-specific filing requirements, and statutory compliance (e.g., Corporate Transparency Act regulations).
Skills: High attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency with entity management software and CRM systems.

On-Time Filing Rate: 100% compliance with all state and local filing deadlines.
SLA Adherence: Timely processing and distribution of all legal and official mail within defined service level agreements.
Client Satisfaction: High retention rates and positive feedback regarding entity maintenance and advisory
