We're looking for experienced software engineers who enjoy mentoring and believe engineering education should mirror how software is built in the real world.
This isn't a traditional teaching role.
You'll mentor students by working on real software projects, open-source development, system design, code reviews, engineering best practices, and modern development workflows.

Students learn through real-world projects, open-source contributions, system design, code reviews, modern development practices, and collaborative engineering workflows.
In collaboration with University in Doon! We believe India’s next generation of software engineers should be industry-ready from day one, and we’re building an ecosystem where experienced engineers can mentor, inspire, and help shape that future.
We're looking for engineers with:
- 5–10 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on development skills.
- An active GitHub profile with meaningful projects or open-source contributions.
- A passion for mentoring and continuous learning.
- Preferred experience includes contributions to: • Google Summer of Code (GSoC) • Linux Foundation • CNCF • Apache Software Foundation • MLH Fellowship • Outreachy • ICPC • Other established open-source communities.
- Freelancers are welcome.
Compensation:
• ₹1.0–2.5 Lakh/month.
