Cofounding GTM Engineer (Remote)

The opportunity

We're building an automation agency that ships AI and workflow automation systems for B2B clients. I handle sales and closing. In-house engineers handle fulfillment. What's missing is the person who owns the top of the funnel, and I'm looking for a cofounder, not an employee.

This is a founding seat. You'll own lead generation and booking qualified meetings end to end, and you'll own the systems that make it repeatable. Not "help with outbound." Own it.

Who you'd be building with

I'm Michael, and I've spent 10+ years on the revenue side of software companies, most of it doing exactly what I'm asking you to hand off to me: closing.

• $0 -> $1.2M in year one for my last startup, pivoted and scaled to $100k MRR
• Raised $3M in pre-seed funding
• Ranked #1 AE at 3 different organizations
• B.S. in Physics from NC State with a coding background, so I can talk to engineers and business stakeholders without losing either one.

What you'll build

Repeatable, automated outbound systems: enrichment, sequencing, signal-based targeting
The GTM tech stack from scratch: Clay, cold email infrastructure, CRM, n8n or Make
ICP definition, messaging, and offer positioning, iterated on what actually books
The pipeline engine the entire business runs on

What you'll own

The qualified meetings number, every month
A real voice in strategy, pricing, hiring, and direction
Founding-level input on what this company becomes

Who this is for

You've built outbound systems that actually produced pipeline, and can point to numbers
Hands-on with Clay, cold email infrastructure, and automation tooling
Excellent written English and strong business instincts. You'll be shaping first impressions
Comfortable with US timezone overlap
You think in systems, not manual grinding
You want to build something you have a stake in, not execute someone else's plan
