About the Role

This is a remote opportunity where you'll source candidates, coordinate with them through the hiring process, and earn commission for every successful joining.

Responsibilities

• Source delivery executive candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp, referrals, colleges, and local networks.
• Screen candidates and verify basic eligibility.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain a pipeline of active candidates.
• Track candidate status until successful joining.
