We’re looking for a Senior FE UX Engineer to join our team developing high-impact digital applications for a leading U.S. telecommunications company. You’ll work on a modern, scalable stack with a strong emphasis on strategic UX design, AI-assisted implementation, and complex application architecture

Project Overview
You will shape intuitive, scalable application experiences for a major U.S. telecom provider. This project bridges the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution, transforming complex business requirements into functional, high-fidelity digital products.

About the Role
As a UX Architect and Engineer, you will act as a strategic consultant and hands-on implementer. You will lead the design lifecycle from wireframing to AI-assisted coding, ensuring that user workflows are optimized for both business value and technical feasibility within a senior-level engineering context.

• Frontend & Domains: JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, SaaS, Enterprise B2B/B2E, Telecommunications

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement complex application UX/UI using Figma and Claude Code to bridge the gap between design and production.
• Serve as a strategic UX consultant, framing problems and guiding stakeholders through complex workflow optimizations.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes and functional UI components to validate interaction models and accelerate delivery.
• Apply service design thinking to map end-to-end journeys and eliminate friction in enterprise-level B2B/B2E environments.
• Lead collaborative workshops and design sessions to align product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted implementation workflows to increase the speed and quality of front-end delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior UX/UI roles focusing on complex digital applications and SaaS environments.
• Mastery of Figma and a proven ability to translate designs into code using Claude Code or similar AI tools.
• Strong background in Information Architecture and interaction design for data-heavy enterprise systems.
• Exceptional communication skills for strategic advisory and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work with an 80-100% overlap with US EST business hours.
• Preferred working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
• Minimum required overlap: 80%, corresponding to approximately 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM EST
