About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, managing social media presence, editing videos, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics and marketing creatives for digital platforms.
• Develop content and write compelling copy for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Design social media posts, banners, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Edit videos for social media, branding, and marketing purposes.
• Manage and grow social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to improve audience engagement and brand visibility.
• Support basic SEO and digital marketing activities.
• Stay updated with design trends, social media best practices, and emerging digital tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Filmora, or similar software.
• Strong communication and content creation skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement strategies.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with IT, SaaS, or technology companies.
• Knowledge of branding, UI design principles, or performance marketing creatives.
• Familiarity with analytics and social media performance tracking tools.
