The Opportunity
As a Senior Graphic Designer at IFI, you'll design for real-world impact—stores opening, products launching, and brands evolving.
You'll work across multiple iconic brands, each with its own voice, aesthetic, and audience, while seeing your work come to life in hundreds of locations around the world.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative, original, and impactful designs across digital, print, packaging, and retail channels
- Bring brand ideas to life while maintaining consistency across multiple visual identities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, Franchise, Operations, and Leadership teams
- Translate creative briefs and business objectives into compelling visual solutions
- Produce production-ready artwork from concept through final delivery
- Ensure all creative assets are visually engaging, accurate, and on-brand
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute ideas during campaign planning and creative brainstorming
- Maintain organized design systems and creative asset libraries
- Help establish design standards and best practices across brands
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive creative feedback
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, packaging, and retail design
- Advanced proficiency with:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of:
- Typography
- Layout
- Colour theory
- Composition
- Visual hierarchy
- Brand development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Preferred
