AI GTM & RevOps Engineer (Clay & Instantly Specialist)

Role: AI GTM & RevOps Engineer (Clay & Instantly Specialist)
Location: Kolkata (On-site)

We are hiring an AI GTM & RevOps Engineer to build and scale automated outbound, prospecting, and revenue operations systems using AI, data, and automation tools.

Responsibilities:
• Build lead generation, enrichment, and prospecting workflows using Clay
• Create, manage, and optimize outbound campaigns on Instantly
• Manage prospecting and data workflows using Apollo and similar tools
• Design and maintain scalable GTM and RevOps processes across the revenue funnel
• Use Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools for research, personalization, and automation
• Build automations to improve lead routing, CRM hygiene, and operational efficiency
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities
• Test, measure, and improve outbound performance using data

Requirements:
• 1–4 years of experience in GTM, RevOps, Growth, Sales Operations, Sales Automation, or AI Automation
• Hands-on experience with Clay and Instantly (preferred)
• Experience with Apollo or similar prospecting tools
• Strong understanding of cold email, outbound prospecting, and revenue workflows
• Familiarity with CRM systems and RevOps processes
• Comfortable working with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
• Ability to learn and implement new tools quickly

• API integrations or basic coding knowledge
