The role
We're hiring a Marketing Manager to own how TIDY reaches property owners. "Full property management for 3.9% instead of 30%" is one of the easiest "wait, what?" stories in real estate — your job is to put it in front of the right owners, in the right words, at scale.

• Own the messaging and positioning that make a property owner stop and pay attention
• Build and run campaigns across the channels owners actually use — paid, content, email, social, partnerships, and communities
• Turn TIDY's differentiators (3.9%, AI + your own pros, hands-off, multi-strategy across short- and long-term rentals) into copy and creative that converts
• Partner with sales to build a pipeline of owners, and with product to sharpen the story
• Live in the numbers — know what's working and double down

Who you are
• You know real estate marketing cold — and you understand property owners because you've marketed to them, or been one
• You know an Airbnb host thinks differently from a 40-door landlord, and you can speak to both
• You've built campaigns that moved owners, not just impressions
• You move fast, write well, and can go from strategy to shipped in a week

Non-negotiable: real estate expertise, ideally marketing to property owners. This is the one thing we won't compromise on.

Bonus: you've owned or managed rental property yourself; you've marketed PropTech, a PMS, or a real-estate service.
