Position Overview
We’re seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. You’ll play a key role in analyzing usage data, optimizing user engagement, and identifying trends that shape how people interact with healthcare.

Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from user behavior, clinical interactions, and platform operations.
Build dashboards and visual reports for internal teams and leadership.
Identify key performance metrics to improve retention, satisfaction, and health outcomes.
Collaborate with engineering and marketing to implement data-driven strategies.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
2–4 years of professional experience in analytics.
Proficiency with SQL, Python, or R, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
A passion for using data to improve people’s health experiences.
