StructAI is building the Agentic AI Business Operating System—a unified platform that bridges Marketing, Sales, and Operations through collaborative AI agents.

Instead of forcing businesses to manage disconnected software, StructAI creates a single intelligence layer where specialized AI agents collaborate across business functions, enabling founders to automate execution, make better decisions, and scale efficiently.

We're currently building our MVP and preparing for our Pre-Seed/Seed fundraising round.
We're looking for an experienced Fundraising & Investor Relations Consultant to help us secure strategic investment and build long-term relationships with investors.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute StructAI's fundraising strategy.
• Identify and connect with Angel Investors, Venture Capital firms, Family Offices, and Strategic Investors.
• Make warm introductions to qualified investors.
• Refine our fundraising narrative, pitch deck, financial model, and investment materials.
• Help prepare for investor meetings, demos, and due diligence.
• Build and manage our investor pipeline and CRM.
• Advise founders throughout negotiations and fundraising discussions.
• Support us in closing our Pre-Seed/Seed funding round.

Who We're Looking For****

• Experience raising capital for startups or advising founders.
• Existing network of Angels, VCs, Accelerators, and Family Offices.
• Strong understanding of startup fundraising and venture capital.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with AI, SaaS, B2B, or Enterprise startups is a plus.
• Passion for helping ambitious founders build category-defining companies.
