HR & Recruitment Intern

• Job Title: HR and Recruitment Intern
• Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Remote)
• Duration: 3–6 Months

About Us:
Aperture Venture Studio focuses on AI, connected systems, operational intelligence, workflow automation and emerging technologies. We are seeking motivated interns in recruitment, talent development, and HR tech tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Post jobs, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
• • Use AI tools for recruitment, resume review, and talent tracking.
• • Communicate with candidates and team leads through email and LinkedIn.
• • Assist with onboarding, HR data management, and intern coordination.
• • Support reporting and follow-up with country HR teams.

Qualifications:

• • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is preferred but not mandatory.
• • Studying or graduated in HR, Business, Tech, Corporate Finance/ Investment or related fields.
• • Interest in AI and recruitment technology.
• • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
