Team Lead – Mechanical

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ixor Electric Pvt Ltd, Coimbatore. As Mechanical Team Lead, the person will be responsible for leading a team of mechanical engineers and overseeing the design and development of next automotive and aerospace (drones) products with advanced motors. Responsibilities
 Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers, providing technical guidance and support as needed
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects
 Oversee the design and development of automotive products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
 Review and approve technical specifications, drawings, and other engineering documents
 Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
