Senior Product Leader

Location: This role is hybrid selected candidate will be required to WIO 3 days per week.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Senior Product Leader to own our Core HCM product for a global workforce spanning multiple countries.

You'll set the roadmap, write backlogs, and partner daily with UX and Development teams to identify and prioritize features that employees, managers, and HR teams rely on every day.

What You'll Own

• Product vision and roadmap for Core HCM
• Writing clear features, epics, and backlog items using Agile practices
• Close partnership with UX and design team
• End-to-end delivery partnering closely with development team, and HRIS support team before and after launch
• Prioritization and trade-off decisions across a busy, global stakeholder base

Requirements and Knowledge

• 5+ years in product management, with focus on HCM solutions or HR Technology
• Hands-on experience with Core HCM platforms
• Understanding of Agile fundamentals — ability to write clearly defined backlogs including business requirements
• A track record of close collaboration with UX/design
• Comfort working across global teams, including HR Business Partners, and time zones
• Strong English skills
• Required to work in Eastern Time Zone
• Experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, or other HR SaaS products
• Human Resources or HRIS background
• Working knowledge of Azure
• Background in high-volume or BPO environments
• Comfortable working with AI tools
