We're building an AI agent that gets people hired. It finds matching roles, tailors your resume, and applies for you. We need a founding partner to own how the world hears about it.

What DevFound is
DevFound is an AI-first job platform for AI/ML talent and hiring teams. Two things make it different from a job board:

An AI Copilot for candidates: resume builder, resume scanner, cover-letter generator, mock interviews (voice in, voice out), and a resume translator.
Autobot — an autonomous auto-apply agent that discovers matching jobs, tailors applications, and submits them across real ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, and more), plus a Chrome extension that autofills applications anywhere.
The product is built and live. Payments, employer dashboards, and job ingestion all work. What we don't have yet is a growth engine. That's you.

What you'll own

The entire go-to-market: positioning, messaging, and the story we tell to candidates and to hiring teams.
Demand generation from zero — content, SEO, social, community, launches, partnerships. Pick the wedges, run the experiments, keep what compounds.
Our voice. DevFound is confident and anti-hype ("high-signal, no spam"). You'll be the one keeping it that way at scale.
The first funnel: turn a strong product into signups, activated users, and eventually paying employers.
Early brand: we already have a strong identity (dark ink + lime green, sharp copy). You'll make it known.
You're probably right for this if

• You've driven growth for a product from near-zero, ideally B2C or prosumer, ideally something technical or developer-adjacent.
• You write. Really write. You can make a landing page convert and a launch post spread.
• You're comfortable being both strategist and operator — you'll set the plan and also ship the tweets, the emails, and the SEO pages yourself for a while.
• You want to be a founder, not an early employee. You want your fingerprints on the whole company.
• You're energized, not scared, by "pre-revenue, prove the channel."

Compensation
Meaningful founding-team equity. Cash is deferred until we raise — we'll be straight with you about runway from day one. This is a bet on ownership and upside, not a salary.
