About the Role
Selfware is seeking a talented and driven Full-Stack Developer who is excited about building end-to-end digital products and contributing to the growth of an innovative AI-powered platform. In this role, you will work across both frontend and backend systems, helping develop scalable solutions that deliver seamless user experiences and reliable performance.

This opportunity is ideal for developers who enjoy working on diverse technical challenges and want to gain hands-on startup experience while building meaningful technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize both frontend and backend components of the platform
• Design and implement scalable web applications and system architectures
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product teams to build new features
• Create and maintain APIs, databases, and server-side functionality
• Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and scalability
• Integrate third-party services, tools, and APIs where necessary
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve system functionality
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices

Requirements

• Understanding of APIs, server-side development, and web application architecture
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote startup environment
• Portfolio, GitHub projects, internships, or previous development experience is an advantage
