About the Role

We are looking for a Product Intern to support our product team across product discovery, execution, and analysis for our climate-tech platform.

Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Business teams, you will help build scalable fintech and marketplace products that simplify carbon credit registration, issuance, trading, and reporting.

This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you will contribute to real product initiatives, develop core product management skills, and gain exposure to how products evolve from idea to launch in a fast-paced startup environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and passionate about product management, fintech, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
Product Discovery & Research

• Support customer interviews, usability testing, and market research activities.
• Conduct research on market trends and the competitive landscape across fintech, climate tech, and B2B SaaS.
• Assist in identifying customer pain points and translating them into problem statements.

Product Execution

• Support Product Managers in creating PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Design teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
• Contribute to user flow creation and product requirement documentation.

Data & Insights

• Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
• Assist in defining and tracking product KPIs and success metrics.
• Convert data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams on product launches and adoption initiatives.
• Prepare product documentation, updates, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.

Who We’re Looking For
Mandatory Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from a Tier-1 institution.
• Available for a full-time, 6-month, work-from-office internship in Noida.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Genuine interest in Product Management, Fintech, and Climate Tech.
• Self-driven individual with a bias for action and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or project experience in Product, Consulting, Analytics, or a startup environment.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4.
• Basic understanding of APIs, dashboards, and product metrics.
• Interest in AI-powered products and workflow automation.
