Senior Flutter Engineer / Mobile Tech Lead

Enflix is a mobile app for short vertical dramas made for India.

You will be the most senior engineer on a small team. Most of your time is writing the Flutter app and the native player layer; the rest is architecture, code review, and mentoring junior developers. You report to the CTO.

What you'll do

• Own the Flutter and Dart architecture: Riverpod state, GoRouter, module boundaries, performance
• Build the vertical swipe player and the Explore feed
• Build the native player bridge to ExoPlayer (Android) and AVPlayer (iOS) for DRM and offline playback, with our Video Engineer
• Set code review standards for the team
• Mentor a junior Flutter developer

Must have

• 5 to 7 years in production mobile apps, 2+ in Flutter and Dart
• Shipped an app at scale (500K+ users), ideally with video
• Comfortable in the native layer (Kotlin or Swift platform channels)
• Strong on testing and performance
• Have led 2 to 5 engineers

Nice to have

• HLS or DRM (Widevine or FairPlay), or CDN work
• Streaming or social video apps
• Flutter or pub.dev open source
