We are seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to join us as an independent partner, helping establish and grow relationships with law firms across the USA.

What You'll Do -

• Identify and engage personal injury attorneys, paralegals, workers' comp, and insurance defense law firms across the US.
• Cultivate relationships with attorneys, paralegals, and law firm administrators.
• Present our service offerings, including our complimentary trial program, through outreach, networking, and direct consultation.
• Manage the client engagement pipeline from initial contact through onboarding.
• Represent Quantyx Global at industry conferences and networking events (optional, based on interest).

What We're Looking For -

• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Strongly preferred: Establish relationships, professional network within the legal industry — candidates with existing connections to law firms, attorneys, or legal operations are preferable not mandatory.
• Proven track record in business development, client relations, or consulting — ideally within legal, medical, insurance, or professional Medico-Legal services sectors.
• Polished communicator with strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — this is a performance-driven partnership, well-suited to a self-directed professional who thrives on results-based reward structures.
• Based in Canada, available for independent, remote engagement (Permanent Work from Home).
