Reservationist

Philadelphia Truck Parts is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservationist to manage customer appointments and service reservations remotely. The Reservationist will coordinate scheduling for truck parts consultations, order pickups, customer support calls, and other business appointments while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from customers.
Schedule appointments for truck parts consultations, order pickups, and customer support.
Coordinate reservation calendars with the sales, warehouse, and customer service teams.
Confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as requested.
Maintain accurate customer and appointment records in the company's CRM system.
Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, business hours, and company services.
Assist customers with basic order status and direct complex inquiries to the appropriate department.
Monitor daily appointment schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Prepare daily and weekly reservation reports for management.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
