Compensation: Base salary up to €85,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit. Performance-based incentives may be offered for exceptional contributions and business development activities.

What You'll Do

• Analyze investment opportunities across a variety of sectors and industries.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and commercial due diligence.
• Prepare investment presentations, reports, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
• Participate in discussions with founders, investors, executives, and external partners.
• Support transaction execution, fundraising initiatives, and partnership development.
• Assist with portfolio monitoring and strategic projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth.
• Help build relationships with investors, family offices, intermediaries, and corporate stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Interest in investments, entrepreneurship, private markets, and business strategy.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Professional proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in consulting, finance, investment, banking, corporate finance, or business development is advantageous but not required for exceptional candidates.
