Our client is a dynamic, boutique recruitment agency with offices in Tel Aviv, Budapest and Belgrade, specializing in sourcing top-tier IT talent for a wide range of clients across the continent. Location & Language Requirements

• This role is open only to candidates based in Portugal or Poland
• Portugal-based candidates must be native Portuguese speakers
• Poland-based candidates must be native Polish speakers

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive, hands-on sourcing and ongoing relationship management with an existing pool of candidates (ability to present first candidates within 3 days)
• Conduct in-depth HR interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations; write summaries and prepare resumes
• Collaborate with the account manager and team lead to understand clients' hiring needs and specific job requirements, and support the whole recruitment process — including setting up interviews between client and candidates and answering client questions
• Write and post job descriptions on various platforms, utilizing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Advise both clients and candidates on salary levels and career opportunities
• Facilitate and negotiate the offer process with candidates
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in IT and recruitment practices

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (social media recruiting, LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, etc.)
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or outstaffing company
• Proven recruitment experience in the EU / CEE
• Experience working in an outstaffing or recruitment agency
• Strong understanding of IT terminology and trends (different tech stacks, libraries, frameworks)
• Experience in negotiations and a high offer-acceptance rate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter: initiative, customer-oriented and result-driven
• Ability to multi-task and manage 5–8 open roles in parallel
• High level of English (at least B2)
