About the job

HR Operations Manager — LATAM Region

We are looking for an experienced and analytical HR professional with strong expertise in HR systems and data to manage HR operations, reporting, and analytics in a dynamic, international environment. This role is key in ensuring high-quality data, generating meaningful insights, and supporting informed decision-making across HR and the business.

People Analytics & Data Interpretation

  • Manage the delivery of HR analytics, including data collection, validation, and reporting of key HR metrics (headcount, turnover, recruitment activity, etc.)
  • Go beyond reporting by analyzing trends, identifying patterns, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions

Reporting & Insights

  • Own the preparation of regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards for local and global stakeholders
  • Ensure reports are not only accurate but also include clear interpretations, key takeaways, and recommendations

HR Systems Management (Workday, SAP, HRIS)

  • Act as a key user of HR systems such as Workday, SAP, and other HRIS platforms
  • Ensure data integrity, system optimization, and proper use of tools for reporting and analytics purposes

Budget Tracking & HR Data Support

  • Support HR budget tracking and workforce cost monitoring by partnering with Finance
  • Provide data-driven insights on HR spend, helping explain variances and trends

Data Governance & Quality

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of HR data across systems
  • Drive best practices in data governance and improve data structures to enable better reporting and analysis

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate reporting and HR processes
  • Lead initiatives to standardize dashboards and reporting across LATAM

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and business teams to understand data needs and translate them into clear, insightful outputs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Analytics, or HR Controlling

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience in HR reporting and data analysis, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights, not just generate reports
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, or similar HRIS platforms
  • Good understanding of HR metrics and workforce data (headcount, turnover, recruitment, etc.)
  • Experience supporting HR budget tracking or workforce cost analysis is a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas); experience with Power BI or similar tools is preferred

How You Work

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders and influence decision-making
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in international environments is a plus

Languages

  • Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus
