We are now strengthening our digital presence and looking for a hands-on Social Media & Content Manager to manage the distribution, consistency and performance of our content across relevant platforms.

The Role

This role is not limited to simply uploading posts.

We are looking for someone who can take finished videos and content assets, organise them into a clear publishing strategy and ensure they reach the right audience across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.

You will work closely with the founder, video editor and marketing team.

Responsibilities

Manage the publishing of videos and content across social media platforms
Build and maintain a consistent content calendar
Write strong captions, titles and post copy
Adapt content to each platform
Schedule and publish posts
Organise content files and workflows
Coordinate with the video editor and founder
Support the creation of content series and recurring formats
Monitor comments, messages and audience feedback
Track reach, engagement, follower growth, profile visits and leads
Identify which content performs best and recommend improvements
Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts
Ensure brand tone and visual consistency across all channels
Who We Are Looking For

Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or similar platforms
Strong written English
Good understanding of short-form video and social media trends
Highly organised and consistent
Comfortable working with content calendars and scheduling tools
Ability to write clear, engaging and professional copy
Strong attention to detail
Interest in sport, athlete performance, startups or mental performance
Experience with early-stage brands is highly valued
