The Role
We're hiring a Product Manager to own Marit's Salaries product end-to-end. Salaries is core to our value proposition and growth engine – it's how clinicians discover us, engage with the platform, and keep coming back. You'll be responsible for growing the salary dataset, optimizing the user experience from first touch through long-term retention, and finding new ways to create value for our community. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work directly with the founders and partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ship quickly.

What You'll Do

• Own the Salaries product and roadmap across web and mobile
• Own the onboarding and first-time user experience for anonymous salary submission and data exploration
• Optimize our give-to-get model that powers our data contribution flywheel and identify new user and data acquisition strategies
• Design and improve salary visualizations and tools that help clinicians understand their earning potential
• Own referral mechanics and viral loops that turn engaged users into growth vectors
• Ship AI-powered features that help users interpret salary data, evaluate job offers, and get answers to their compensation-related questions
• Define and track core metrics for user acquisition, salary dataset growth, and retention
• 4–8 years of product management experience, ideally in consumer or marketplace products

• Deep empathy for users and a strong intuition for what motivates behavior and participation
• Data-driven and analytical - you’re comfortable working with metrics and SQL
• Comfortable using AI to design, prototype, and ship faster
• Highly organized and able to move fluidly between strategy and execution
• Excited about building products rooted in trust and community-contributed data
• Bonus: Experience with UGC platforms, AI-powered product features, and/or healthcare
