Are you a disciplined agency project manager who can look past a simple to-do list, see the strategic big picture, and hold creative teams accountable? We are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to serve as the operational heartbeat of Vallure.

This is not a passive task-checking role. We need a system-minded coordinator who brings genuine discernment to client feedback, takes complete ownership of our project management architecture, and acts as a proactive force to keep our scaling agency running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines, priorities, and cross-functional coordination****
• Own Asana workflows, project setup, and task management
• Coordinate client onboarding and team communication
• Prepare reports, SOPs, and meeting documentation
• Support client communication and agency operations
• Use AI tools (Claude) to improve workflows and documentation

Qualifications:

• Agency project management or operations experience
• Advanced proficiency in Asana
• Strong strategic thinking and excellent English communication
• Experience with Slack, Google Workspace, Loom, Figma, and Claude AI
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced remote agency
• Boutique, luxury, or design agency experience is a plus
