Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Psychologist who can understand how students think, behave, and make decisions. You will analyze user behavior, conduct psychological research, and work closely with designers and developers to create products that are engaging, ethical, and genuinely helpful.
Rather than simply analyzing numbers, you'll uncover the motivations, emotions, and cognitive patterns behind user actions to improve product design and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral and psychological research on student users.
Design surveys, interviews, usability studies, and experiments.
Analyze user motivations, emotions, habits, and decision-making patterns.
Translate psychological insights into product recommendations.
Work with product, design, and engineering teams to improve engagement and retention.
Help build ethical and user-centered features.
Analyze feedback and identify psychological barriers affecting user experience.
Measure the impact of product changes through behavioral metrics.
Ensure research follows ethical and privacy standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology (Cognitive, Social, Clinical, Behavioral, or related field).
Strong understanding of human behavior and research methodologies.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
