**Role Overview

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to analyze requirements, document processes, and support the development of innovative SaaS products. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in product development, business analysis, and stakeholder management.

**Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Work with Product Managers and Engineering teams to clarify requirements and track deliverables.
• Perform market and competitor research to support product strategy.
• Participate in product testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

• Support project planning, sprint activities, and documentation.

• Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

• Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Notion is a plus.

• Curiosity to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
